7月15日召開(kāi)的國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議指出，深入推進(jìn)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新，激發(fā)市場(chǎng)活力和社會(huì)創(chuàng)造力，以新動(dòng)能支撐保就業(yè)保市場(chǎng)主體，尤其是支持高校畢業(yè)生、返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工等重點(diǎn)群體創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)。

The State Council's executive meeting on July 15 urged further taking forward the nationwide initiative spurring entrepreneurship and innovation to unleash market vitality and people's creativity. The new drivers of growth will be fully harnessed to support jobs and market entities, with a particular focus on the employment of college graduates, rural migrant workers who have returned to their hometowns and other key populations.

中國(guó)始終堅(jiān)持就業(yè)優(yōu)先，著力增強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造就業(yè)的能力，以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè)，保障高校畢業(yè)生等重點(diǎn)群體就業(yè)，以教育培訓(xùn)提升勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)，緩解結(jié)構(gòu)性就業(yè)矛盾。

China gives high priority to employment. We have worked to ensure that economic development is pursued in a way that supports job creation, encouraged business start-ups as a means to create more jobs, and paid particular attention to the employment of college graduates and other key groups. We have also provided the labor force with better education and training to tackle structural unemployment.
