T1WI signals were equal. Slight increase was noticed in the signal density in the T2WI fat suppression. The boundaries were clear, and the larger was localized at the left lumbar part with a size of 4.4×3.7 cm approximately. For the coronal plane, similar signal lesions in a nodular profile was observed in the soft tissues in the left thigh. The central lobe of the prostate was increased in volume, and no aberrant signals were noticed.

肝臟表面光滑，各葉比例勻稱，肝尾葉見一小圓形低密度影，直徑約0.6cm，邊界清楚；增強后病灶未見強化。肝內(nèi)、外膽管未見擴張。脾臟形態(tài)可，內(nèi)見點狀鈣化灶，余密度均勻，周圍見一小圓形軟組織密度影，與脾臟強化方式一致。膽囊、胰腺及腎上腺形態(tài)、大小及密度未見異常。雙腎見無強化囊性灶。十二指腸水平段見囊袋狀突起。上中腹未見淋巴結(jié)腫大，腹腔未見積液；腹膜后大血管形態(tài)未見異常。

The surface of the liver was smooth, and the ratio of each lobe was symmetric. A low-density shadow in a round profile was noticed in the caudate lobe of liver. The diameter of the shadow was about 0.6 cm, and the margins were clear. No enhancement was identified after enhanced contrast scan. No dilatation was observed in the intra- and extra-hepatic bile ducts. The profile of the spleen was normal, but calcified lesions in a dot-like profile were observed in the spleen. No abnormalities were noticed in the density of the rest parts. In addition, a soft tissue density shadow in a round profile was observed in the peripheral tissues of the spleen, which was consistent with the enhancement of the spleen. No aberrant changes were noticed in the profile, size and density of the gallbladder, pancreas and the adrenal glands. No enhanced cystic lesions were observed in both kidneys. Cystic protrusions were revealed in the horizontal segment of the duodenum. No swelling was noticed in the lymph nodes in the upper and middle parts of the abdomen. No effusion was observed in the peritoneal cavity. No aberrant changes were revealed in the retroperitoneal great vessels.
